Queer Coaching

LGBTQ+ people often learn early how to adapt.

To read rooms.
To perform strength.
To navigate systems that were not built with them in mind.

At some point, those survival strategies stop creating freedom and start creating pressure.

That is where coaching becomes meaningful.

Cédric Pradel, queer and LGBTQ+ life coach based in Amsterdam.

I work as a life coach and visual storyteller based in Amsterdam.

Before coaching, I spent more than twenty years working in the international fashion and creative industries as a photographer and visual artist.

This experience shapes how I understand identity, visibility, performance, and the pressure to function.

My coaching trajectories usually consist of 5–6 sessions.

They are direct, reflective, and practical.

Together we examine the patterns that once protected you and explore what is actually needed next.

In my coaching work we explore:

• identity and visibility
• internalized expectations
• ambition and belonging
• boundaries and presence

Not to fix who you are.

But to create the space where you can stand in your life without constantly adapting.

This work is often relevant for:

• queer professionals in demanding careers
• creatives navigating visibility and identity
• people who feel successful but internally misaligned
• individuals who want to stop performing strength and start living with presence
