My goal is to help you stop just adapting to life and start shaping it on your own terms.
Developing Presence in the Moments That Matter
I’m Cédric, a coach with a sharp intuition and a trained eye for what is happening beneath the surface.
As a queer person with ADHD and dyslexia, I know what it means to move through the world differently. To question expectations. To face challenges that others might not see. Over time these experiences became strengths. They allow me to approach situations creatively and find practical ways forward for myself and for the people I work with.
Alongside coaching, I work as a photographer. Behind the camera I learned to notice what often goes unseen. The tension in a body, the hesitation before someone speaks, the moment someone truly steps into their presence.
I bring that same attention into my coaching.
Our work is about developing the presence to know what you want, articulate it clearly, and take space in a room without taking space away from others.
Not by becoming louder.
But by becoming more grounded in what is actually happening.
Presence Coaching Program
Most people work with me through a three month coaching trajectory.
This gives us the time to explore patterns, practice new ways of responding, and integrate what we discover into everyday life.
Clients often notice that they:
• speak more clearly about what they think and feel
• remain grounded during difficult conversations
• take space naturally without overpowering others
• become more aware of what is happening around them and know how to bring people along
The program includes:
• 6 private coaching sessions
• sessions of approximately 75 minutes
• exercises that develop clarity, awareness, and presence
• a black and white portrait reflecting the work we have done together
Investment
€3,000 – €4,000 depending on the trajectory.
Intake
Your intake session is free.
A moment to meet, tune in, and feel whether the connection is right before we begin working together.
Sessions take place in my practice space in the heart of Amsterdam on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal.
For the queer community
If you are queer and going through a difficult time, you are always welcome to reach out.
I know what it means to carry a lot quietly.
Each year I keep a small number of spaces available for people in our community who need support but cannot currently afford coaching. If this applies to you, feel free to contact me and we can see what is possible.
